The heated high-pressure cleaner HDS 2000 Super was developed for high area performance with the heaviest soiling. The two 4-pole electric motors drive two 3-piston axial pumps, which deliver a water volume of 1,800 l/h at a pressure of 180 bar. The high performance of the HDS 2000 Super makes it possible to work with two spray lances at the same time. Despite the extraordinary performance, the HDS 2000 Super is a mobile device that can be easily moved thanks to the large wheels and the two castors. The two high-pressure pumps are equipped with ceramic pistons and brass cylinder heads. Two integrated fine water filters protect the pumps from water contamination. As a special refinement, this device also enables the chemical admixture to be switched on and off from the gun. The electronics record all relevant operating data, show the most important sources of error and point out the required maintenance. The correct direction of rotation of the electric motors is also checked and, if necessary, can be easily corrected using the standard polarity reversing plug.
