KAESER compressor block with energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE
Every KAESER rotary screw airend has rotors with the energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE. Careful manufacture and adjusted precision roller bearings ensure a long service life and high reliability. Single-stage compression with cooling fluid injection for optimal cooling, lubrication and sealing of the rotors.
Efficient cooling
Innovative cooling solutions are another hallmark of KAESER compressors. The SXC systems are no exception, three fans are installed for optimal cooling. A fan (with a separate drive motor) cools the fluid in the screw compressor. It is switched on and off by SIGMA CONTROL 2 depending on the temperature. The second fan is mounted on the main propulsion motor and ensures the cooling of the propulsion motor. The third fan cools the condenser of the refrigeration dryer. Reliable cooling of the SXC systems is achieved with this cooling concept.
Maintenance friendly
After simply lifting off the light housing hood, all maintenance points are easily accessible. The electronic condensate drain can be checked through a grid. The SXC system is extremely easy to maintain.
Easiest installation
SXC systems require almost no installation effort: Only the power connections for the compressor and dryer and the connection to the condensate treatment must be established. And compressed air prepared for the application is already available.

The refrigeration dryer is thermally isolated below the screw compressor. The centerpiece is a stainless steel plate heat exchanger with an integrated condensate separator. The condensate is reliably discharged via an electronic ECO DRAIN condensate drain. This ensures reliable drying of the compressed air.
...with storage tank
SXC systems are equipped with an internally coated compressed air tank. The container performs three functions: cooling compressed air, pre-separating condensate and storing compressed air. The resulting condensate is electronically controlled and drained safely and economically.
