Key product benefits of the KAESER i.Comp 9 TOWER piston compressor
Oil-free compressed air
The i.Comp delivers oil-free compressed air. That means there is no oil-laden condensate that needs to be disposed of. That protects the environment. Oil changes and oil checks are also no longer necessary, which results in low overall service costs. At the same time, the service life of the compressor increases.
Speed-controlled drive motor
In almost all cases, there is a fluctuating consumption profile for the compressed air. The frequency converter of the i.Comp enables the volume flow to be precisely adjusted to the current requirement, which minimizes pressure fluctuations. In comparison to a non-frequency-controlled compressor, switching cycles are largely avoided.
Control i.Comp CONTROL
The i.Comp is equipped with a powerful, easy-to-use control. For example, the working pressure of the compressor can be adjusted. The controller displays all important operating parameters of the compressor, allowing easy monitoring of the compressor. Necessary maintenance and possible faults are also displayed. The i.Comp can optionally be equipped with the Sigma Control 2 control, so that two i.Comps can be controlled or two or more i.Comps can be connected to a higher-level control.
Multifunctional sound insulation hood
The hood of the i.Comp consists of rotationally sintered polyethylene. The hood, which opens upwards, is robust, impact-resistant and retains its value. It enables very good accessibility of all components for service purposes and significantly reduces the space required by the compressor. In addition, the hood has a sound-insulating effect, so that the system is very quiet.
