Proper tank sizing is important for efficient operation. Furthermore, high-quality corrosion protection is crucial for the operational safety and service life of the containers. The pressure vessels from KAESER KOMPRESSOREN meet all of these requirements first-class.

Long test intervals
The robust design according to the calculation specifications of the AD 2000 regulations makes test cycles of five years possible. The boilers are designed for a permanent pressure fluctuation of up to 20% of the maximum pressure. As a result, the test costs can be reduced and the economy can be increased.
Three times longer service life
Outstanding corrosion protection for all KAESER compressed air tanks is provided by hot-dip galvanizing on the inside and outside in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461. Compared to conventional compressed air tanks, hot-dip galvanized KAESER compressed air tanks have a service life that is around three times longer.
Large maintenance opening
Cleaning, maintenance and tank inspection are faster thanks to the large maintenance openings. This also contributes to higher profitability.
